My Story

Hi, My name is Emma a 200hr yoga alliance accredited teacher based in Stafford. I offer regular classes both locally and with health and wellness centres, including Parent and baby yoga.  I have a true passion for yoga and have practiced for many years. I believe in the benefits it provides for both the body and mind. I now teach alongside working as an NHS nurse and busy mum. Yoga has always been my support through stressful times and I look forward to sharing the joy of Yoga with you.
