1:1 yoga may be for you, I will offer personalized sessions based on your level of experience and goals all delivered in the safety and comfort of your own home. Fell the benefits of yoga such as stress reduction, deeper understanding of breathwork, poses and philosophy. Practicing in a private setting allows for deeper personal exploration and connection.
I will act as your personal instructor, coach and cheerleader. Teaching with safety, intention and your personal challenges in mind helping you to explore new aspects of yoga allowing you to expand your personal practice.
