I am hosting so many wonderful events I though I would let you all know about what is up and coming all in one place!

On 30th November 2025 at Great Bridgeford village hall I will be hosting a gentle yoga session and will be introducing Michael, Alchemy Healing Sounds for a deep relaxation sound bath experience! He uses an extensive array

of instruments and has a long background in music. His sound baths are like no other (I have been to a few!) So grab a blanket and a cushion an join us on the mat!

If you are looking for a Spa day retreat then look no further! On the 31st Jan 2026 I will be hosting the Saturday slow down retreat time for a bit of self care following the hectic holiday season. Expect a slow but strong 90 minute yoga practice, exclusive use of the spa (depending on booking numbers) followed by afternoon tea.

And Lastly ...for now... I am excited to host a morning yoga brunch. Held at The Swan Hotel in Stafford well known for it's high standard of delicious food. Join me on the mat for an energising morning yoga flow class followed by a well earned breakfast with tea's and coffee's (mimosas can be purchased separately you naughty lot!) 11th Feb 2026.

There are lots more exciting things to come including aromatherapy workshops and a four day residential retreat so watch this space..
